Zack Roday counsels a diverse range of clients on their public policy and political positioning, brand and reputation management, content creation and paid advertising. With vast national media contacts and relationships, Zack is a seasoned media strategist and proven crisis manager.
Before joining Think Big, Zack spent six years at Ascent, a full-service agency where he led strategy and creative for political and public affairs campaigns. Prior to Ascent, Zack spent 12 years working in Congress and on state and federal political campaigns. He is currently an advisor to former Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin, and has previously served as a senior advisor to Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, as a spokesman to Speaker Paul Ryan, as director of communications for the U.S. House Committee on Energy and Commerce, and been a trusted adviser to government officials, corporate executives, non-profits, trade associations and companies across the country.
Zack has appeared on programs such as MS Now, NewsNation and his political analysis has appeared in major publications including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Bloomberg, Axios, Semafor, ABC News, CBS News, and Fox News.
A proud University of Connecticut graduate, Zack takes every opportunity to talk about UConn’s six men’s national championships and the New York Knicks. He resides outside Richmond, Va., with his wife, four children, two dogs and two cats.
