Values
As a Video Producer and Editor, you will play a pivotal role in creating compelling and visually stunning video content that engages our target audience. The ideal candidate will have experience in video production and editing, exceptional technical skills, and a creative mindset.

How you’ll make an impact

Collaborate with the creative and accounts teams to brainstorm and develop innovative video concepts that resonate with our audience and meet client objectives.

Have proven experience in managing all aspects of video production, including planning, scripting, sourcing crew, obtaining releases, directing, shooting, and editing.

Create detailed storyboards or shot lists to guide the filming process, ensuring that the final product aligns with the creative vision.

Compile budgets and call sheets for video shoots.

Edit high-quality video with a mix of text, graphics, photos, animations, etc.

Use strong visual storytelling skills to quickly assemble edits and implement notes from team leads

Managing storage of projects and ensuring organization standards and back-ups are properly implemented

Working directly with clients in order to translate their vision into finished video products

Ensure that high production values and standards are maintained across all platforms
Why we’ll love you

4 - 7 years of related work in editing and video production with a proven ability to manage 5-20 person film crews.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated proficiency in production, video editing, animation, sound design, and knowledge of video codecs and file types

Advanced knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and plugins including Premiere Pro and After Effects. Animate, Photoshop, and Illustrator are a plus

Familiarity with design, typography, and color grading

Ability to handle multiple projects at once

Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills

High level of motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency setting
