Leslie Law is a Creative Resource Manager with a strong foundation in hands-on design and a growing focus on creative leadership. Since joining the company in 2020 as a graphic designer, she has steadily expanded her role, moving from individual contributor to a central driver of creative operations.

Leslie manages team bandwidth, resource allocation, and workflow optimization across design, video, and digital projects. She partners closely with creative, account, and production leaders to ensure projects are properly scoped, staffed, and delivered on time while maintaining high creative standards and sustainable workloads. Her deep understanding of the creative process allows her to anticipate challenges, resolve bottlenecks, and keep teams aligned under tight timelines.

In 2026 she will transition into an Assistant Creative Director role, reflecting an expanded focus on creative strategy, mentorship, and elevating the quality and consistency of work across the studio. She looks forward to providing direction guidance, work refinement, and concept development support alongside operational oversight. Leslie’s work reflects her love for both creative fluency and operational flow, positioning her to lead both the how and the what of impactful creative work.

When she’s not managing creative workflows, Leslie can usually be found either out exploring new places or home watching cartoons with her partner and their cat. She’s passionate about building community and values the thoughtful, engaged group of people she’s brought together through shared curiosity, creativity, and conversation.
