Kylie Cooper is a strategic communications and public affairs leader with nearly a decade of experience helping organizations navigate California’s complex policy and political landscape. 

Prior to joining Think Big, Kylie led high-profile client communications campaigns at a Sacramento-based public affairs firm, where she developed media strategies, executive visibility platforms, foundational messaging, and stakeholder engagement efforts to advance business and policy objectives while strengthening organizational reputation. 

Previously, she served as a Public Policy Manager at Meta, where she managed Instagram’s content strategy outreach with global political and government stakeholders. Earlier in her career, Kylie worked in the California State Senate and held communications roles with statewide trade associations, building a deep understanding of the Capitol community and the state’s legislative process.

Kylie holds a Master of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and Media Studies from Arizona State University. She serves on the board of First Tee – Greater Sacramento. When she’s not working, Kylie enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, and is happiest on the golf course or out on the lake.
