Erin brings a creative, solutions-oriented approach to project management and strategic communications. With experience driving integrated, multi-channel campaigns, she is known for her analytical decision-making and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. 

Prior to joining Think Big, Erin supported nonprofit and government clients through advocacy-focused campaigns, leading cross-functional collaboration from initial proposal through final execution. Her background working across digital, direct mail, and social media platforms has given her a strong understanding of audience engagement and the role thoughtful storytelling plays in advancing objectives. She takes pride in developing innovative approaches that drive meaningful impact and achieve organizational goals.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys cheering on D.C. sports teams, especially the Commanders, as well as her alma mater, the South Carolina Gamecocks. She loves traveling with friends, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her dog.
