Director, Accounts

Our team is seeking an Director who will execute our client's desired outcomes, provide strategic guidance and deliver
amazing service while working with the top experts in our industry.
How you’ll make an impact:

Work with the head of the accounts team to manage creative projects, advertising
campaigns, website content, advocacy communications and outreach, issue research,
troubleshoot problems and deliver client analytic reports. -
Understand our offerings, and work with members of the team to leverage those
offerings for client issue advocacy campaigns. -
Manage client relationships to find and meet their needs.

Digital media campaign management to include: Content brainstorming, social
media monitoring, competitive intelligence, and working with the creative team
to develop compelling content. -
Create and facilitate outward communication materials for clients, including writing
emails, blog posts, website content, backgrounders, fact sheets, newsletter content, statements,
and other organizational needs as required. -
General project management, including maintaining deliverable timelines, coordinating with
outside vendors, and assisting with client brainstorming and strategy meetings. -
Work with Think Big’s internal creative and marketing team to produce and distribute content,
as well as grow the reach of Think Big’s marketing efforts. -
Properly maintain the library of client materials and information.
Why we’ll love you:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, and/or Political Science is preferred.

4-6 years of work experience related to media relations, communications, and/or
digital and social media strategy. -
Creative/advertising agency, advocacy firm, trade association, Capitol Hill, and/or
political campaign experience. -
Experience using various advocacy software platforms, digital advertising platforms,
data management platforms, and social media. -
Digital advocacy campaign experience – applying digital solutions and campaign strategy
for achieving desired legislative or regulatory outcomes. -
Familiarity with WordPress and/or Wix website services, and Asana or other work management
platforms is a plus but not required. -
Experience managing multiple clients is a plus but not required.

You have an interest in issue advocacy and can work with clients without partisanship.

Ability to handle multiple projects at once.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills.

High level of motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, campaign-style environment.

Willingness to travel as necessary for client events and meetings.

Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to create new services/offerings for current and future clients.
