With a background in political campaigns and digital advertising, she takes a detail-oriented approach to fast-moving, high-stakes work. Before joining Think Big, Desiree managed direct mail and digital advertising campaigns for federal, state, and local candidates as well as organizations across multiple states overseeing projects from planning and design through production, delivery, and reporting. She has supported strategy development, collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, and ensured every campaign remained on schedule and aligned with client goals.

Outside of work, Desiree enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring new food and drink spots, taking her dog on adventures, and relaxing with a good show.
