Carlos Cordero is the Managing Director of the Data and Insights Division at Think Big, where he leads the company’s AI software initiatives—most notably, the development of WarRoom, a first-in-class political intelligence platform designed to help public affairs teams and campaigns respond faster with data-backed decisions.

Over the last 18 months, Carlos has been immersed in the evolving AI landscape, studying large language models (LLMs) and spearheading efforts to operationalize them across marketing and communications workflows. His work bridges real-world political needs with cutting-edge AI capabilities—delivering tools that reduce human bottlenecks and multiply the impact of lean teams.

Prior to his current role, Carlos spent 15 years leading high-performance sales and marketing organizations. He has recruited, trained, and coached over 5,000 individuals, generating millions in sales revenue across multiple industries. His leadership style is grounded in curiosity, performance culture, and cross-functional collaboration.

Carlos earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida. He lives in Tampa with his wife Emily, their young son (with another on the way), and their energetic Jack Russell Terrier, Ike. Outside of work, Carlos is a dedicated martial artist and currently holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
