Carlos leads the Corporate Marketing Division at Think Big. With 15 years of experience in sales systems, marketing and advertising across various industries; Carlos brings a well rounded approach to supporting our corporate clients at the highest level. During his career, Carlos has recruited and coached over 5,000 sales people and employees to millions in sales revenue. He leads with humility and curiosity to discover new areas for growth for our clients as well as himself. Carlos likes to live on the edge of his comfort zone with taking on hobbies like skydiving, spearfishing and is a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He studied Business Management at the University of South Florida and currently resides in Tampa, Florida.
